Manage your marketing campaigns in one place

Campaigns multiply quickly: an email series, a search ad, a social media push, an influencer partnership and a content project may all run at once. Without a central view it is hard to know what is live, what is over budget and what is working. This free campaign management tool gives you a four-stage board with Planning, Live, Paused and Completed. Each campaign has a channel, budget, spend, revenue, leads, dates and a goal. The summary shows total spend against budget, revenue, blended return on ad spend, cost per lead and the number of live campaigns.

What to record for each campaign

  • Name and goal: a clear purpose, such as "100 trial signups from search ads in October".
  • Channel: email, search ads, social ads, influencers, content or others.
  • Budget and spend: planned and actual money, updated at least weekly.
  • Revenue and leads: results you can trace back to the campaign.
  • Dates: start and end, so you can spot campaigns that should have finished.

How to run a campaign board

  1. Add upcoming campaigns to Planning with their goal and budget.
  2. Move a campaign to Live on its start date and update spend and results every week.
  3. Pause campaigns that miss targets and write the reason in the notes.
  4. Move campaigns to Completed when they end and enter the final results.
  5. Review the board monthly to decide which channels to repeat, improve or stop.

Reading the metrics

Return on ad spend, or ROAS, compares revenue with spend. Cost per lead, or CPL, tells you what each enquiry costs. Cards are highlighted when spend exceeds budget so you can step in early. Use these numbers together: a campaign with a cheap CPL but poor sales quality may be worse than one with a higher CPL and better customers. Compare campaigns of the same type, for example email with email, because channels behave differently.

Tips for better campaign management

  • Set one primary goal per campaign so success is clear.
  • Decide in advance when you will stop or scale a campaign, for example "pause if CPL is above 20 after 500 clicks".
  • Use consistent naming and tagged links so analytics match your board.
  • Keep a record of what you learned. A short note after each campaign saves repeated mistakes.
  • Review spending weekly. Overspend usually happens quietly.

Common mistakes to avoid

  • Changing too many things at the same time, which hides what made the difference.
  • Judging campaigns on clicks or impressions instead of leads and sales.
  • Leaving paused campaigns on the board without a decision.
  • Ignoring the cost of creative work and staff time.

Privacy and limits

The board is stored in your browser and is not shared. It does not connect to advertising accounts or import results automatically, so you enter numbers yourself. This makes the tool simple and private, and an export to CSV lets you build reports in a spreadsheet.

Frequently asked questions

What should every campaign plan include?

A clear goal, target audience, budget, channels, timeline, message and a way to measure success.

How often should I review results?

Weekly for active paid campaigns and monthly for content and email.

How do I set a realistic goal?

Use past results as a baseline and aim for steady improvement rather than a guess.

Does the tool connect to Google Ads or Meta?

No. You enter spend and results manually. This keeps your account data private and the tool free.

Can I track several clients?

Yes. Add the client name to the campaign title, for example "Acme – Black Friday email".

What does a highlighted card mean?

The campaign has spent more than its budget. Check the numbers and decide whether to pause or increase the budget.
