3. What you expected to happen.
4. What happened instead, and the exact text of any message.

Suggestions are collected and prioritised according to how many people need them. We may not reply to every idea, but we read all of them.

We only accept relevant, high-quality content, and we label sponsored material clearly. We do not sell links and do not publish content that misleads readers.
